We are Runners

This is a on going roleplay!
Okay,here it goes.We are located in a large city in Japan.The goverment scanns all the mail that comes through all the post offices.Reads everything.Some people,don't want their messages read.
We are runners,low key people,just trying to make a living.We are non-violent people mostly,until the city starts sending out special hunters to track us.Anyone caught by a hunter,get the black bag.
Once you get the black bag,your never heard from again.
Now runners use urban running to get around.Large city,lots of things to climb on. This roleplay is simple. Survive
All runners have a tattoo on their body like so-

Personality : Anti-social and quiete on the outside but outgoing, fun and loving to my friends.
Story : I woke up alone on the streets not knowing anything about my life when I was about 17. With no name I became Messiah for the tattoo on my arm and was taken into the runners culture. After recieving my Running Tattoo i instantly threw myself into it and became very good at what I considered a type of sport. I try and deflect attention so I wear muted colors and almost never start a conversation.
